Founded in 1876 in Albino (Bergamo), the Albini Group is a family-run business and today celebrates 133 years of activity managed by the fifth generation of the family with Silvio, Fabio, Andrea and Stefano Albini.
Today the Albini Group has four brands (Albiate 1830, Cotonificio Albini, Thomas Mason and David & John Anderson) and seven factories totalling 1,400 employees.
Turnover in 2008 reached 145 million Euros with a production equivalent to 18 million metres of fabric . Exports represent 70% to countries on all the continents.
