The collections for the autumn/winter 2009-2010 season are distinguished by a brand new range of colours: greens and reds that go from purple to lilac and burnt, camel browns and brown, aviation blue. The backgrounds are no longer optical white, but ivory, muddy. These intensely trendy colours are used in all styles in different amounts. Together with the usual basic division into the three styles Classic, Urban, and Sport of the ALBINI collection, there is also a specific presentation for certain product types: besides the Print Collection, there will also be a Stretch Collection and a Silk Collection. The stretch items are grouped in a specific "package" to give more emphasis to this offer, the fundamental element of the collection, transversal to all the styles. The silk “package” contains 100% silk and cotton-silk items, yarn dyed and piece dyed with a stylistic proposal ranging from checks to plain colours for ceremonies.
